Useful information

A few answers before you call.

A little context makes a lock or key request easier to explain. Here are questions that often come up before the details of a job are known.

Do I need a new lock after moving?

Not necessarily. If the hardware is suitable and in good condition, rekeying may change key access. Describe door problems too, because a key change does not fix every hardware fault.

Can a car key be replaced without a spare?

Give the year, make and model and explain that all keys are missing. The vehicle and key system need to be checked before work is arranged. Not every model or fob is interchangeable.

What if I rent the property?

Check with the landlord or property manager when approval is needed. Private doors and shared-building access can have different arrangements. Explain who can authorize the work.

Can I get an exact price from a short description?

Some details may be clear, while the condition or hardware may need inspection. Ask what the estimate includes, what remains conditional and how additional work will be agreed.

What location details are useful?

Give the street address and unit or suite. For a vehicle, add the parking entrance, level or section and a nearby sign. If you have walked away, give the car's location first.

Should I keep trying an uneven garage door?

No. Stop operating a door that appears damaged or unstable and keep people clear while arranging an assessment. Leave springs, cables and track adjustments to a trained professional.

Are after-hours requests available?

Call 614-954-8321 to ask about current availability for the address and work needed. An emergency-access page is not a promise of round-the-clock staffing or a fixed arrival time.
