Name the exact place
Kroger lists its Stoneridge store on Stoneridge Drive. That helps identify the setting, but it does not identify your car or the door requiring work.
Give the actual address, business or suite, then add the entrance or parking section. A nearby retailer is a location cue, not a LockReach office or service desk.
For a parked vehicle
Say which storefront or clear sign is closest to the vehicle and which entrance leads into that part of the lot. Include the year, make and model, and whether the key is inside or missing.
If you are standing somewhere different from where you parked, give the car's location first. You can describe a safe meeting point after that.
For a workplace door
Identify the door and what happens when you use it. A key that will not turn, a latch that will not catch and a request to change who has keys are separate things to discuss.
For leased or managed premises, include the person who can approve the work. Shared access systems may need the property manager involved.
Make the call useful
Have the address, symptom and contact details ready. Ask about current availability and what the estimate includes before arranging work.
If the problem is a missing car key, open the replacement-key guide first. If it is a business lock, the commercial page helps you prepare the door and authorization details.
